Opera 12.00 build 1448 RC: 插件相关修复等等

RC（候选发布版本）来了。修复了 Windows 2000 上插件不运作、Windows XP 上的一些假死问题；减少插件在 Mac 上的 CPU 占用；各平台都提升了插件性能；还有其他 bug 修复。

下载 Opera 12 RC（默认安装路径会覆盖稳定版 Opera）
